Looks like upper level wind won’t be out of the east today, but still very dry up on the mountain; here’s the latest fire update from www.inciweb.org:

The big story is a huge closure area yesterday evening which means lots of campgrounds (including the large Lost Lake Campground) were evacuated. Most of the entire north & northwest side of the MH National Forest within 1-10 miles of the summit is not open to entry now.
The map says it’s about 4,000 acres now and the western edge is just about 2 miles east of Lolo Pass.
