The Weather Blog is Back

Oops…sorry about that.  I forgot that WordPress only allows comments for 10 days after a post so that’s why it suddenly shut off Saturday.

So, here’s a quick one to freshen things up: 

It looks exactly the same outside as it did the morning I left 10 days ago.  It’s still cold and wet…

I’ll be back at work this afternoon.

    Actually conditions are looking good for the end of the week to be dry with a frost/hard freeze not out of the cards as of last night.

    Here are some Spring 2011 rainfall stats for Battle Ground Lake:
    -Today marks the 29th day in a row with measurable rain here.
    -Measurable rain has occurred 42 out of the last 44 days.
    -In 5 years of records, my wettest April day was April 15th, 2009 when I received 0.72″
    -So far as of 1:00pm today, I already have 0.61″. Today is going to re-write that 2009 record at BG Lake.
